Well, this one didn't go any better. The more and more shallow MTTs I play, the more I realize I will probably only play $5k and $10k events in 2007 except for the WSOP in the summer. It's just not any fun playing super tight all tournament with 25BB. On the fourth hand of the day, I lost 1/3 of my stack. The SB completed and I checked 25cc. The flop came A9T with 2 clubs. He led and I just called. The turn was the 6c. He led 250 and I called. The river was the 4s and again he led. This time for 500. You just can't lay hands like this down to amateur players you've never seen before, so I called and he showed J4cc. I mucked my cards face down. After the hand, the player said "What? You didn't believe me? You must've had an ace." I promptly responded, "I don't need your commentary after you win the hand. If you win a hand drag the pot and shut up." He had no response and that was that. I basically folded every hand for the next 2 hours and eventually busted 2.5 hours in. From there, we all went to the bar to watch the Alabama game, which was a roller coaster of emotions. Florida won 28-13. We've decided not to drive in tonight because we're exhausted. We'll probably leave around 8 a.m. Tomorrow I will be playing the $2500 WCOOP on PokerStars under the name ShorrShannon. SS

Just busted on the last hand of the third level in the $1k event. I failed to get anything going all day, and was down to 1900 from the 2500 starting bank. The UTG player limped at 50/100, another player limped, and I raised to 475 with AKo. The UTG limper through out a stack of pink chips, enough to cover me, and I called off my last 1400 of course. He showed KK and I missed. My mom and Aunt Sandy are in town, so we're going to find some food and then do something around the town. SS

We just arrived at Tunica. It's around 3 a.m. and time for sleep. The $1k NLHE event starts in 9 hours. SS
